Hello everyone ! My name is Lisset but I go by Liz. I am a young Latina women growing everyday to become my better self. My whole life I’ve aspired to inspire and motivate others. My life has taken several turns, and with that I have picked up healthy & unhealthy habits.I created this podcast to serve as a GPS with tips and tricks, advice and confessions on how to live a healthier life and heal your heart and mind.     With Miscarriage awareness wrapping up I want to dedicate this episode to my perfect little baby. This has been the hardest thing I’ve had to experience but I trust Gods plan for me. I know this was meant to re route me and my path in life. I will continue to honor my child in anyway I can. A big shout out to my support system for helping me not go into a depression. To all angel baby moms I pray you find healing and a purpose to honor your angel baby as well.

    This 2 part podcast I speak on the hardest thing a women can face. Miscarriage. Something I never thought I would go through but I trust God blindly and His plan for me. In this part 1 I share the stories of some strong women in my life who have had to endure this pain. I want to honor them and our angel babies as well as those women out there that have gone through this and maybe don’t have the same support system. I dedicate this to baby Gamiño who is watching over me and always protecting me of harm.
