Perfection is a LIE! Create your Ultimate You Instead

Powered by Self Love with Sarah Sapora

We all have a version of ourselves we imagine to be the BEST, right? Except, if there is only ONE version of us that is "the best" than the rest of us is.. the worst? Wrong. The quest to be perfect is one that sets us up to fail, feel insignificant, and spend our life on a hamster wheel chasing a goal weigh, a "boss babe" job, the perfect relationship, and more. Just STOP. In this podcast I introduce you to a new idea -- your Ultimate You. Your Ultimate you is messy and beautiful at the same time, fiercely loyal to their own self-love, and radically honest and self-accountable.

In today's snack-sized lesson in self-love, I talk about how to tell the difference between chasing perfection and creating your Ultimate You? What does it mean? How do you do it? What can you 100% absolutely NOT DO and be your Ultimate You at the same time? Why does any of this even matter anyway?

Let's chat.

Quick note: My audio for this episode is pretty lame but the content is great. I had an issue with my chords and, sequestered away in my Montana cabin for this month, didn't have a quick fix. The most self-loving thing I could do was forge ahead! Be sincere, enthusiastic, and have faith that nobody would be mortally offended at the audio. Hang with me - in just a few weeks I'll be in a professional studio and sounding top notch!
