The Podcast is good enough to listen to but man does Kyle need to work on his ego. The constant need to one up his guests or make awkward jokes that leave the guest and the listener confused is just awful. He needs to work on his nervous laughter and condescending tones. It’s very obvious when he’s trying to show the guest that he knows more. The point of the guest is to LEARN from them. When you always take it back to yourself, it takes away from the episode.

I found this podcast a couple of months ago and decided to listen to older episodes also. I haven’t finished all of them but the ones that I have have been very informative. I’ve been a union floorlayer in St. Louis for almost 24 years. I really like the business content you share.
