Phelps Lake – Grand Teton National Park – Giant Backcountry Lake

Adventure Life with Aaron Linsdau

What is one of the biggest backcountry lakes in Grand Teton like? Phelps Lake is huge, beautiful, crystal clear, has a sweet jumping rock, and is lightly visited compared to Jenny and String Lakes. Phelps Lake sits at the base of Death Canyon. This peaceful and serene lake is well worth the short hike to reach it.
