Alejandra is a passionate community builder and impact-focused entrepreneur from Ecuador. She graduated with an honors degree in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Some of her past professional experiences range from launching a new loan product for Hispanic entrepreneurs with Kiva, a fintech startup in San Francisco; directing a global fellowship for impact entrepreneurs in New York; and founding Aweik, a community-focused organization that empowered young Latin Americans to dream big and create meaningful enterprises for over five years. She has been a TEDx Speaker, Oxford's Skoll World Forum panelist, mentor, and a judge in various entrepreneurship events around Latin America. Currently, she is pursuing an MA in Spirituality, Mind, and Body at Columbia University.
