I love the OOM podcast for many reasons, but the most important one for me I would have to say is for the fact that she keeps each episode well organized. I listen to many podcasts and they seem to all be all over place, they take you through loops to get to the topic of the episode, and to the essence of their message. Here with the OOM, her podcast is as organized as she is. She gets right to the point of each episode and then breaks it down for you while sprinkling in some personal stories, anecdotes, and information! I am one “all over the place mompreneur” and I approve this podcast 🫶🏼 P.s. She’s also VERY RELATABLE and that’s just a plus!

I’ve been an organizer for almost a year now and want to expand. I found Janel’s podcast and connected with it instantly (and I am a picky podcast listener haha). She is real and gives generous tips and advice. I heard she did consults which is also something unheard of. In my experience, professionals are either too busy to help or don’t want to share knowledge bc of competition. Our call was wonderful. I sent her my many questions beforehand and she answered ALL OF THEM. It was indeed a speed hour of information but she gave some good suggestions on next steps and most of all, validated things I was already doing and gave me support. Being a woman business, you tend to question yourself, she made me feel a sense a community that I haven’t felt and I most definitely will be setting up another session in the future. Thanks Janel!

I’m currently a newbie pursuing the professional organizing industry to open up my small business doing what I love most, organizing and make things functional and pretty! When I started searching for podcasts about this field, there were many and heard a few but somehow I love how Janel is so honest and has realistic expectations. Being a mom of 2 I totally relate to all her stories and love love love that there is someone else out there that understands the struggle! Janel, thank you so much for all your information! I listen to you every day while I’m at work, and on my drives! I just started to this month and I started from episode 1. You have definitely inspired me and helped me shake off the nervous jitters into starting my small business. 🥰
