Cheryl Armstrong is a former inmate who through perseverance, dedication, and determination, has turned her life around after being incarcerated at the age of 16 and serving 26 years in prison before being released through a program that doesn’t allow minors to be sentenced to life in prison. She has a Master’s Degree in Humanities, Founded the Plant Your Energy organization - a company in pursuit of inspiring others in need, and authored a book titled, “Plant Your Energy: Face Your Demons and Transform Your Life.”
