I'm Ly-huong Tran (pronounced "lee huhng"). I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Digital content creator, and a lover of personal growth. My goal is simple. I dedicate my time sharing stories and ideas to entertain and inspire you. Over the years, I've done a lot of research into the philosophy of happiness, as I am passionate about people and their desire to live a fulfilling life. I've worked and crossed paths with various people from all ages and walks of life in public community mental health, corporate, and private practice.
