    • Society & Culture

Have you ever felt like you thought that you were healed from something, but realized via a current situation that you weren't? Experiencing triggers show us what we haven't yet healed from. They are reminders of the work that still needs to be done. We can either embrace them and do the work necessary, or we can be upset at them, ignore them, or blame others for them and stay the same. This episode addresses good ol triggers, and how we can begin to handle them properly.
