Love love love the podcast! From the quirky intro tunes, lighthearted yet vulnerable conversations, and infectious curiosity, the Plucking Up podcast is such a gift. What an honor to hear real stories of the hard, beautiful, and humbling roads that led folks to where they are today!

I’ve followed Liz for years on Instagram after reading her book and recently began listening to her podcast again! Today, I listened to the episode with Ruth Chu Simons. I’d sent my best friend a link within 17 minutes and had to stop myself after sending her the third quote. I’ve personally held onto dreams that seemed to pick up speed from 18-25, but then have died out the past 5 years. And not because I chose that path, but the doors seemed to stop opening. I’m still not sure where to go from here, but this episode gave me hope and the reminder to give myself grace. That maybe this time where everything seems to be on pause is where God, my marriage, and my health need to be put first. That He is still doing a work in me, that He’s gone before me, and that the random will someday add up.
