Meet your host, Vanessa Williams Johnson.  As a mentoring and coaching principal for 16 years, I've had the pleasure to serve an elementary building that has thrived and I've dared to lead with vulnerability.  No two days are the same.  Every year presents its own challenges.  With the rise and fall of each new day, I'd choose this profession over and over again.  The rewards surely outweigh the struggles.
