A Good Idea but it Needs a Lot of Work - Try "Meditation Oasis" Instead.

The narrator's voice is not relaxing. The affirmations are very simplistic. It sounds as if it was recorded in somebody's house, not a recording studio. The affirmations idea is a good one, but the producer and writer of this podcast need(s) to put more time and energy into researching effective and creative affirmations, Hiring a professional announcer to do the voice-over would help tremendously (or at least hiring someone with a smooth, calm, and relaxing voice). The voice here sounds nasal and trembles or breaks at times, which is distracting. I do give the person credit for trying to put something positive out there. Nevertheless, I couldn't bear to listen to these more than twice and then I had to delete them from my iPod and computer. The voice is just too annoying. I recommend that you try the "Meditation Oasis" podcast for a much better experience.
