After being fully independent for the last year and truly realizing all the bills and expenses that are thrown at you as a human in this country, I've come to realize how important it is for you to become aware of!

They don't scare you with this in school - but this is the REAL WORLD. 

This is what you will experience after college when it's time for you to be "on your own" if you don't prepare, master skills, principles, habits, and equip yourself for the real world.
