    It’s been one whole year of Pretty Much Fine! This week, Kat & Carol celebrate 1 year of podcasting and reflect on the podcast. We discuss the impact the podcast has had on our lives and our anxiety, how we have changed & grown over the past year, and our future goals for season 2. Then we talk about phone anxiety and how we’re setting boundaries with our phones so that we aren’t expected to always be available. Sometimes our phones just need to be in the river. We also discuss cancel culture & that changing your mind and forming new opinions is okay.
