    Right now in true crime: Delphi trial update, John Paul Miller assault charges, BK death penalty update, Sarah Boone wants a new trial.  In 2006 Toby Beaugh was hit and killed while walking home after a night of Mardi gras celebrations with friends in his hometown of New Orleans LA. The driver took off into the night and little to no Information is known. Almost 20 years later Toby’s family continues to fight for justice.
