I’m in an ongoing pursuit of understanding the fast evolution of AI, and of course looking in Colorado – I came across LIMINAL – a company that adds a dimension to artificial intelligence that I’d never even thought of – SECURITY. I didn’t even CONSIDER that as employees use AI, they’re entering prompts and data into an AI tool, and that Ai tool is connected to the outside – so company secrets or customer privacy could be compromised. And in the GLOBAL EXPLOSION of Ai use, LIMINAL protects against that. I learned so much in this episode!

OWNING THE STRATOSPHERE.  Quite an ambitious objective – even more so after I learned what it meant! I’m fascinated by the idea of using what seemed to be old technology (balloons) over newer technology including satellites and drones to achieve superiority in the marketplace for aerial imagery and data. I met Jamie Repenning when he was CEO of Floyd’s 99 Barbershop and we did Episode 68 together, “Floyd’s 99 Adapting Style.” That’s why when he reached out to me about a new concept he was launching, I was eager to listen – and FASCINATED with the concept of creating an entire barbershop brand focused on employing the formerly incarcerated.  We agreed that I’d help him launch R&R Head Labs with a LIVE audience event at the grand opening.  This is an inspiring episode and I’m proud to have hosted it.

My expectations were completely wrong entering this episode with Kristin Langenfeld.  I’d expected she would tell me the story of a woman who started selling her own used baby gear, then slowly expanded the activity into a basement enterprise, and so on until it was a real company.  Nope.  And she’s out to dominate a market sector with those whom I’d have expected were unlikely partners.
