In this episode (S04E03) of "How to Product?", Arjav Jain, the host talks to Mithun Madhusudhan, previously Head of Product, Candidate Engagement at Apna. Mithun speaks his mind about something he said previously - "From experience, launching a product is only 20% of the job. The hard work starts afterward." He talks in detail about a product launch. We then talk about customer empathy and how to develop that when you're working for a product you're probably never going to use yourself and ever find yourself in a situation of the person who would use it. Mithun speaks at length about how PMs can set themselves up for long-term success as well as focus on how to be successful in this economic downturn. He leaves us with some wonderful tips for budding PMs.
