Lisa is a Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she teaches and writes in the areas of trademark law, intellectual property, and international intellectual property. We talk about her path to legal academia, why she fell in love with IP, and we get into the weeds of her current academic focus, which is non-traditional trademarks.
