Mary Smiley Ford has been a CRNA for the last 6.5 years, and about a year and a half ago she took a bit of a leap of faith. Along with her twin sister, Mary started a med spa company named Smiley Aesthetics. Since February of last year, their business has grown to five med spas, with over 100 mobile injectors in 9 states! Now, aesthetics is her main focus, and anesthesia has become her side gig of one to two days per month.
