Dr. Smith is the real deal! I always find her insights and advice spot on. Whether applying her recommendations in a work setting or in personal relationships in a variety of setting, you will take away wisdoms from each podcast to make you a better person. Sometimes a title of a podcast doesn’t grab me, but after I listen to it, it hits on something I needed. She talks fast and the material is substantial, and it amazes me that she gives all of this therapy for free, - so I usually try to listen when I can sit and take notes!
