Push Down, Pedal Forward Uptown Girls

This week we sat down with the founders of Push Pedal , the first and only indoor cycling studio Uptown. Annie Flores and Christina Villanueva walked us through their friendship, their partnership and the roller-coaster ride of being Latinas and opening a storefront fitness studio in their community where there are not many latino owners. The importance of learning, having a plan, not giving up and monitoring and building your credit. Zulay shares her experience at Push Pedal and how great it is to support local businesses.
