I recently discovered this podcast, and the title of one of the episodes “Erotic Wholeness” crystallizers my thoughts about this it. Presented in a non-shaming, holistic and human manner., this came along at the right time for me. Thank you!

I loved the Expert Witness episode! As someone who is passionate about cultivating discernment and who has historically avoided (or brazenly exited) cult-ish spiritual communities, I appreciated the discussion about how to spot the difference between a cult and a spiritual community. It’s such an important conversation to have right now considering the surge of curious spiritual seekers who are ready to blindly follow. Big gratitude!
