I've been looking for more guidance on healing chronic issues and stumbled across the work of Dr. Jack Kruse. Amazing info, but he is fairly medically technical. I have found podcasts like these are more useful and in language for everyday people to understand. Great work! I am learning amazing things about improving my health from every podcast here!

Excellent podcast. I download every episode. Sarah is very real and many women can identify with leptin and high cortisol issues. We’re all guilty of doing too much. Sarah tries to help us figure out the issues and she has inexpensive suggestions for improving our health.
