Alex shares his remarkable story and how he became the first quadruple amputee to kayak around the southern tip of Greenland, kayak 300 kilometres down the Orange River of South Africa, and cycle through Ethiopia and summit the highest mountain. He also discusses how he went from being a construction worker who was unhappy and uncomfortable in his own skin to finding purpose and self-belief after falling ill and becoming a quadruple amputee.
