27. Chef Lidia Bastianich (Quarantine Creatives)

Lidia Bastianich is a chef, restauranteur, author, and host of Lidia's Kitchen and Lidia Celebrates America on PBS.  She joins Heath to talk about cooking during the quarantine and how TV production has changed for her during this time.  She also shares memories of growing up on her grandmother's farm in Istria and talks about the classic Italian techniques for preserving and storing food.
