Journey with me to heal toxic patterns of trauma, shame, unworthiness, self-hatred, grief, or rejection. Through the Sovereign Trinity, the fine arts, scripture, prayer, journaling, and storytelling, embrace greater inner agape love, innocence, serenity, worth, acceptance, power, and joy. I love this podcast. Not only does Dierdre give us a gift of a healing space, but she does so with such warmth and professionalism. It is so well done and well thought through! Her message of Value and worth in the eyes of the divine is so timely, especially for those of us who have experienced significant pain and trauma. Highly recommended!!

This is a great podcast. Not only does Deirdre offer great insight and wisdom into the various ways we might heal from our traumatic pasts, but she also generates an incredibly peaceful space for inhabiting the present. I could listen to her all day long!
