On this episode we sit down with Luke Thomson the host of the Let's Talk Podcast. What is that about you ask!!! It's a local podcast shining the light on the daily struggles that people have dealing with a Mental Health condition. And the worse thing of all most people don't even talk about it. This topic was raised by a fellow detailer and thought why not talk about it. Luke tells us his story of the struggles that he had faced and still does to this day. And tips to help manage it.
