    Rachel Drake - Running Through Pregnancy, 2023 Recap and Beyond (REPLAY)

    Rachel Drake is a professional runner for Nike based in Portland, Oregon. She just finished her season with a win and course record at the 2024 JFK 50 Miler. We did this episode with Rachel last year after her 2023 season. Rachel is a mom, medical student (now doctor) and one of the best trail runners in the US. Rachel spent this year coming back from the recent birth of her son, Lewis. After an injury sidelined her, she eventually came back to finish 6th at OCC. Dani and EmKay chat with Rachel about her background, her pregnancy and everything since then.

    Allie Ostrander - American Women on the Rise🇺🇸

    Rachel Tomajczyk - American Women on the Rise🇺🇸

A multiple-time All-American from Baylor University and former steeplechaser, she’s quickly made a name for herself on the US trail team since starting trails in 2021. This season, Rachel finished 11th in the overall ranking after a series of strong performances: 16th at Four Sisters in China, 6th at Broken Arrow 23K, and 10th and 11th at Mammoth Trail Fest. She wrapped up the season with a solid 10th place at the final.     Lauren Gregory - American Women on the Rise🇺🇸

The final was no exception - tying with the most US women in the top 20 since the inception of the series.
