    Ep. 71: From the AIP diet to Food Freedom: How My Client Took Her Life Back

    If you’re living with endometriosis, chronic bloating, or constant food reactions—and you’ve been stuck on an elimination diet like AIP—this week’s episode is for you. I sit down with one of my clients who came to me following the AIP diet, reacting to most foods, and feeling overwhelmed and fearful around eating. Her digestion + reactions felt unpredictable and her symptoms controlled her day-to-day life. And she felt like she was going to be stuck on AIP forever. Now, she’s been able to reintroduce almost all foods back into her diet, her periods are much easier, doesn’t have anymore bloat or join pain + finally has the energy to train in the gym again.
