Nichols has been a mainstay on the Colorado real estate scene for more than three decades, and The Nichols Partnership has developed over three million square feet of office, multi-family, hotel, and retail, including such prominent urban Denver/Boulder projects as One Platte, Clayton Lane, SPIRE, 1899 Wynkoop, Galvanize, Turntable, and PearlWest. The company also owns Stanly Ranch Resort Napa and Immortal Estate Vineyard in California.
