After 30+ years of being an Asian woman, Stephanie Chen grew tired of feeling underrepresented, unheard, and misunderstood. "There must be other women out there feeling this way," she mused. "I wish I could hear their stories. Let's make a podcast!" Ok, so maybe it wasn't that simple.     38 Years

    I turned 38 two months ago. I've been on anxiety/antidepressant medication for 6 months. I was diagnosed with ADHD 2 weeks ago. I’m finally learning to be comfortable and proud of who I am.
