Codependency is not only something we see in relationships with others, that is just the fuel that keeps the fire burning. The practice of reclaiming your personal power though all moments of your personal life will extinguish codependent energy. It always begins and ends with you. Acknowledging and accepting our authentic energy and how it leads us to make our choices is taking responsibility for our personal power. We can no longer be at mercy of the energy that surrounds us.
