However, before you can build you must first have a solid foundation. In this Episode I give you 3 Foundational Concepts that will help you to have a Successful Relationship.

Narcissist come to kill your hope, steal your joy and destroy your life. If you know that someone is toxic and unhealthy why waste your time entertaining them? You will only cause unnecessary hurt to yourself and slowly become unraveled. When you are not one with yourself, you are not a whole healthy human being. When you are not healthy it is impossible to fulfill your purpose on the planet. Narcissist seek to do damage because misery loves company. Don't allow yourself to entertain toxic people.

Finding love can be difficult but landing a healthy and monogamous relationship can be a greater task. In this episode, I discuss seeking a monogamous relationship while dating multiple people. Should you place all of your eggs in one basket? Is it okay to do if you are not exclusive? Dating multiple people does not mean that you are intimate with them it simply means that you are getting to know them. In the culture and the climate in which we live you have to be very cautious. People perceive things differently and communication and understanding is very important but so it being self aware. Unfortunately, we do not live in a one size fits all type of society.
