    JR Piper fell into real estate because some real estate investor friends of his needed someone whom they trusted to manage some of their properties. And he loved it.







    Spending his time studying for his real estate license, JR worked his job by night, managed properties by day, and learned a ton. A few years later he began buying rental properties, using wholesaling and fix and flips to create cash to buy his rentals.







    Now JR has rental properties that passively produce $20,000 a month. He travels the world, returns to Phoenix to work his business, then takes off to another international destination.

    About Terry Thayer















    Terry Thayer is a recovered general contractor who used to burn the candle until it was a molten puddle of wax. He managed crews of carpenters, drywallers, plumbers, etc. and had to take up any slack they left behind. Until one time at a seminar he attended opened his eyes to the world of systems. 







    Terry promptly went home, fired his crews, and spent the next few months building a real estate business based heavily on systems. What he couldn’t find from someone else, he put his head down and figured out himself. Now he manages his business from afar, with a heavy emphasis on training and practicing for his employees. Even his hiring process is highly automated and systematized, reducing his time to hire a new employee to two hours. 







    Terry also created the TAB (The Absolute Best) Retreat, a networking and educational event for entrepreneurs looking to improve their businesses and their lives.

    Alex Moses tried college and found it wasn’t for him. Which turned out to be a good thing, because otherwise he never would have met Brian.















    Brian Higgins was an insurance agent who didn’t like where his career path was headed. So he sold his insurance agency and decided to become a real estate investor, even though he didn’t know much about it at the time.







    Alex and Brian met while taking a crash course to get their realtor’s license. After Alex sold several of his uncle’s properties to Brian, they started working with out of state investors and eventually teamed up to buy over 160 BRRRR properties in just a few years. Along the way they managed to make $1 million dollars tax-free, and plan to keep the same formula moving forward but with more organization and gusto.

    Tiffany High is a recovered corporate employee who quit her job cold turkey to start investing in real estate when her brother was ill with cancer. She learned on the fly, taking six months to secure her first deal and was about two weeks away from giving up when she started having success.







    Josh High worked in construction for years and quit his job once they had their real estate investment company off the ground. Josh brings his construction background to the company’s fix and flip side of their business.







    Tiffany and Josh both wholesale and fix and flip. They unusually started with fix and flips, primarily due to Josh’s construction knowledge but also because they were figuring things out on the fly.
