A Little Rant About Boundaries
I've been that person, you know, the person who has the nerve to ask someone why they've made a specific decision. Sometimes, I would ask out of curiosity... As I continue to experience life, I have learned that being judgmental and questioning personal choices is not my job and when I allow others to question my choices, they’ve made me second guess my decision making skills. Sound Bath Meditation
As a meditation newbie, I've been known to enjoy the meditation buffet. I will admit that I have quit meditation several times because I just couldn't get it "right." In fact, I would judge myself harshly for not being able to quiet my mind, and felt like meditation wasn't meant for someone like me. More recently, I have had the privilege to learn from people that have a solid meditation practice. They have encouraged me to do what works for me. If you've had difficulty with meditation, I hope this will present a new perspective and encourage you to shape your own meditation practice. Enjoy.
