I enjoy Jared’s insight on the issues. Really enjoy his IG reels!

I have tried to listen to this podcast a few times because I do find his social media content great. Unfortunately, he thinks that everybody in the world wants to hear about his vacation or his dinner on Valentine’s Day or stuff about taking his kid to college tours… for instance I actually had to force myself to continue listening to this and at the 20 minute mark there is a sales pitch for his software and I made it all the way to 28 minutes and the content still has not started. I’m out. I don’t care about all this stuff he talks about and ramble on before the show even gets started for the topic at hand. If you love him go ahead and fast forward for 30 minutes. I’m just guessing, but seriously I wouldn’t waste my time with his podcast.

Jared James always is current with what is working in the market. It is like getting the answers to the test before the test.

There’s too much fluff, not enough meat and potatoes in your podcast. You talk to too much about other things that have nothing to do with the actual content for the day which is very disappointing coming from you.
