During a financing transaction, there are a million moving parts and industries all involved in the closing transaction. Title, lender, appraisal, insurance, both agents, buyer, seller, surveyor, home inspector and on and on.  

If you do enough deals, you will have some go sideways. When this happens, it is our advice that everyone involved maintain a united front for the buyer and seller.  

We have seen where the deal can go south quickly when all the industries involved start pointing fingers at each other. Sometimes, someone involved in the deal may have earned those sternly worded emails but most of the time it could be just a simple mistake or explanation for the error.  

This episode is meant to solidify the role we all play in one of the biggest investments of our client’s lives.
