No matter what the topic is, this podcast brings in experts, science, and information that can be understood by pretty much anyone. It’s real, it’s authentic, it’s practical, and it’s about taking charge of your own health. Thank you, Zoe for everything you offer!

Lovely, scientific conversations! Listening to vagina micro biome- switching women who are pregnant to people who are pregnant, a girls first period to an adolescents first period, a women’s vagina to a persons vagina -Gender is not inherent and is, in fact spectate than sex.- I think this language awareness can help with accessibility and inclusivity 🙏🏼🌱🫶🏼✨
Extremely well produced and informative nutrition podcast.

This is an excellent nutrition podcast to listen to on a variety of topics. The re-occurring guests are all good in their own right, and the vast majority of the guests give quality interviews. The podcast is extremely well produced. Ads are somewhat frequent but very brief and transition well, so they are not nearly as invasive as most other podcasts of even a lesser calibre. The host is very good at keeping the conversation moving, prompting guests to break things down for the lay person when it comes to complex or fancy sounding medical terminology, and recapping episodes, etc. I'd just say keep an open mind and don't take everything as gospel. Some guests are a bit alarmist about certain topics and I think sometimes offer solutions that appear to me a bit extreme or unreasonable to the average person. I think the host does a good job at identifying this, so even if it occurs, it's not as though it's a huge problem or something. I'd recommend listening to a wide variety of opinions on any given topic that seems mysterious, confusing, or perhaps even anxiety-inducing. But overall, I think Zoe does a great job of balancing out concerns over many things that either more main-stream sources or the alternative medicine side go to extremes on, either in terms of rejecting or accepting something without much qualification or nuance. I would add that I tend to find most guests and associates demonize meat more than I think is necessary. I'm not an expert, but I've listened to a number of voices on the issue and have had my own experiences with both sides of the whole vegan/carnivore battles on the interwebs and how they've effected both my own health and people I care about. In short, I find the middle ground to be more reasonable. Moreover, the Zoe folks tend to lean more towards green agendas that find to be suspect in a number of ways, so I cannot help but wonder if that biases their take on certain studies or data. You may or may not share my concerns on this, so take of that what you will. I know how easy it is to omit this or that to bolster one's own position without the audience knowing that a bias is occurring, but there's a reasonable way to do this that is understandable and, to some extent, is expected; there are always ways to do this that border on deception. Obviously, I think Zoe falls in the the former rather than the latter category. You may not feel the same as I do about some of these topics, but if you are of a similar mind and have similar concerns, I would just say just take those sections on pushing vegetarianism coupled with environmentalism with a grain of salt and absorb what makes sense to you. I also appreciate that they understand what they offer and are advertising in each segment is not for everyone, either because of time committment, financial resources, or both. I fall under both categories so I'm likely not signing up for any Zoe programs anytime soon, but I sincerely appreciate the information they put out there for free, and delivering it in a high quality way. So bravo to them for that and I recommend the podcast for anyone interested in trying to imrove their health. Last but not least, conversation is pleasant and the language is very PG. Obviously, if a topic centers around certain aspects of sexuality, it may or may not be appropriate for certain ages, but I can't see listening to this being a problem in most cases with kids around. So give it a try and see what happens!
Fantastic podcast and best podcast host

Jonathan Wolf is the best podcast presenter I’ve listened to and I never miss a show. He somehow manages to be witty and soothing at the same time, and asks the questions that you’d be asking if you had a chance. He also makes sure the subject matter and any scientific terms are clearly explained. He is very relatable has such a good rapport with his guests. I always look forward to this show because it is so interesting.
