Our bodies are evolving. In this podcast we explore a system of meditative exercises that can support us to move through this process consciously. Learning to interface with your light body is vital to maintaining balance and strength in daily life, and is one of the most effective ways to generate personal and planetary health. This material has been developed and taught by Saul Goodman for over 35 years to help people grow in a healthy and balanced way. The facilitator of this podcast is Lynn Goodman, Saul’s colleague and wife, who has taught with him for 20 years. I studied with Saul & Lynn years ago, and these podcasts are recreating the sense of wonders and adventure by turning inward. I started a physical detox on March 16, which I am still on, and am now using the podcast to amp up my personal energy. Very excited!

Despite the easy approach, this exercise series can work wonders by opening new perception of space and time in relation to ones body and its limitations. Beyond Yoga- the golden gate to the new normal.
