    Hey, welcome to the Reclaiming Ourselves podcast! I'm your host, Sonya Stattmann, longtime speaker, entrepreneur, and podcaster. I don't know about you, but I've spent my lifetime trying to reclaim myself my power, my voice, my gifts, and my innate wisdom. What I've learned is that coming home to ourselves can be a challenging journey, especially in a world that asks us to be something we're not.
    Every Tuesday, we're gonna share with you some tools and perspectives that can help you recognize that you are worthy just by breathing. That you are perfect, exactly as you are, in this moment here, now. And you always have been.
