I love this podcast so much! She never fails to provide reality-checks and reminders for people in recovery often forget about. I LOVE that her intros aren’t super long, and that she is amazing at giving clear and concise information. She gives the perfect balance of personal experience, her experience as a recovery coach, the science behind eating disorders, and empathy.
So helpful in my recovery journey

Amalie and her podcast have been a godsend to me as I began and continue on recovering from anorexia. I listened to the podcast before starting my recovery journey and it really motivated me to take the steps toward recovery. Now that I am in the initial stages of refeeding and recovery, I continue to re-visit all the episodes for encouragement and helpful information. Amalie explains everything so well and in such an encouraging way and in a manner that makes it so easy to understand how eating disorders affect your body and mind. Her content is better than any other ED recovery podcast I listen to. So thankful for Amalie’s generosity in sharing her lived experience to help others like me.
