Recoveryfit
The Recoveryfit podcast focuses on how physical activity, health, wellness, and the principles of recovery are connected and can be applied together to help live a more successful and full-filling life. This special COVID-19 collection of podcasts focuses on the application of the recovery principles to the often difficult circumstances that we all may be facing during this Pandemic. Recovery is a personal journey of progress, growth, and evolution and is therefore applicable to pretty much everyone. Through this podcast we discuss, examine, and explore how the 12 spiritual principles behind the 12 steps can be advantageously applied to any challenge life throws our way. This process allows the listener to discover the practical application of each of the principles as we discover new tools to live a life in "recovery."

If I didn’t know Rick I would want to know him after listening to these podcasts. Even if you’re considering recovery and not there yet the content is so helpful. I am in recovery and I still admire the dedication and growth that can be achieved past my current circumstances. I can’t wait for each new episode to drown out the boredom of isolation to make me feel connected to recovery.

I’ve known Rick for 20+ years. He’s got the most integrity of anyone I’ve met. He’s neck in neck with my dad. You can take what he says to heart. He really knows what he’s doing as well. Fitness and recovery are his passion. Great mentor for all who want to implement fitness into their recovery.
