One of my favorites!

I love the Reinforced Running Podcast. As an athlete coached by Rich I’ve gotten to see you close just how knowledgeable Rich is in all things training. He’s also very aware and stays in his lane, sticking to things he’s good at and knowledgeable of. He also knows how to apply the coaching and is just super relatable and relational. Love listening to the podcast, he gets the most out of his guests and is just a great listen on any run or ride.

Running and OCR focused conversations, but with a variety of coaches, athletes, and good minds in the field of competition, nutrition, and a broad spectrum of sport science. All OCR athletes should have this in their Que.

The place to learn how to step up your results

Rich is well versed in all things running and obstacle course racing. His knowledge of both running, general fitness, nutrition, and recovery will give you the pieces of the puzzle you’re missing in your own training. Rich being active in the sport is also great because he has other athletes on regularly as they share what they’re doing to prepare for many of the upcoming races that we the listeners are too.
