This Podcast: Relax with Meditation, will help us to see the world from a different perspective so that we gain more clarity, understanding, health, happiness, spirituality, and success in our life. Https://ask-rudy.com Many people think success, money, and sex are contradicting spirituality and religion. It is even so that Religion became a business to extract money from the faithful people. Money and sex became evil so that Religion could exploit the people, for instance, the Catholic church is the biggest real estate owner in the world. I believe Religion is based on trueness and faith in God. Sex and money have actually nothing to do with religion. In previous time we could not afford to focus full-hearted on religion when we had a family with kids… And then the concept was celibacy. Today we know that this concept promotes cancer for the prostrate and breast. We have to live a full life and should not forget God. After the Vedanta the world is desire, and we should live our desires to gain understanding, and after some time we will get peace with ourselves. I lived 10 years in celibacy, was 12 years in Meditation retreats and had quite a lot of girlfriends. My spirituality went through the roof through a tantric love to a woman, and then I went on meditation retreats.

    Is Belief = Fanaticism?

    If I know deep inside that I can do it, without that I can logically prove it … I believe. And that might be for other people fanaticism.So deeper my belief for a positive outcome so better.What is if I believe the doctor is right that I have for instance terminal cancer?Then this belief will kill me.  For instance, the doctors found out that the father in law from Antonie Robbins had a terminal brain tumor and would die soon. A. Robbins forbade the doctors to tell his father in law anything about his tumor. And so his father in law lived happily for years… After some years, a doctor told his father in law, he has a terminal brain tumor, the father in law died within 14 days.  In this case, the father had the fanaticism to believe in the doctors and so he died. I had at least 6 times incurable diseases,- cured them all by myself. I was two times killed by doctors (clinical dad)…  If I believe that every disease can be cured with the help of God, regardless what any stupid doctor is telling me, the disease can be healed.  We need a good concept (how to cure our disease) in that we believe and with the faith in God we can cure every disease.  A belief is always positive and a fanaticism is always negative.  We need to believe in God and without demanding anything. So that God can choose (he will do it in any case). If we fanatic believe in God/Allah and sacrifice our life for the sake of a Religion leader we harm us, the believer in God, the society, and our family.  This never will work out. Fanaticism has always a negative outcome! What is if we believe in God; - that God knows it better for us and should decide for us. Through this belief in God, we get peace in our mind and don’t demand things we could not get, even we have done everything.  Because we can’t calculate any outcome. We depend on so many things, that we even can fail in any way. Still, we are thankful for any outcome. Because everything is in the hands of God. And God knows it better. Through that, we gain trust and faith in God and can live a positive life.  Even more, after some time we experience miracles because of our faith in God. And that discriminates a God believer from the rest of the world. Deep Faith in God is priceless and I think there exists nothing better.  Fanaticism has never a positive outcome. And still, everybody has such fanaticism inside of us, that harms us.  Discover your negative beliefs or fanaticism that are inside of you.     11 Questions to Create the 2.0 You

    By  Clark Kegley’s  “Judge a man by his questions rather than his answers.”  -Voltaire  Most people think life is about answers when really it is about questions.  The greatest minds in history were obsessed with questions. Leonardo da Vinci kept thousands of pages filled with questions. Albert Einstein said, “The most important thing is to never stop questioning.”  If you want to change the world or change your life, you must first change your questions. All the times in my life I have been most dissatisfied share one commonality: I asked s****y questions. When I was broke, depressed, -30k in debt, living in my mom’s basement… I had an extreme victim mindset. This leads to poor questions such as, “Why does this always happen to me?” or “How come they’re successful on youtube and I’m not?” and “How come all my relationships end the same way?”  If you believe that thoughts are things… this type of self-talk will reinforce the OLD version of you. It wasn’t until I realized the quality of my life depends on the quality of my questions, that my life started to turn around.  When I asked the wrong question, I’d get a poor answer. When I asked the right question, I got a better answer. But it was when I asked the most powerful question possible that the answers were life-changing.  Never underestimate the power of having the RIGHT questions. It’s why in my Metamorphic coaching program we literally go deeper with questions than any other program I’ve ever seen. Because questions have power.  To get the most out of this workshop, I recommend copying and answering these questions in your journal. If you’re pressed for time - you may print these out as a stand-alone sheet. But you will get the most if you physically write your answers to the following questions.  If you can, block out around 60-90 minutes to fully complete this worksheet. The results you get from this worksheet will be more than worth it. Remember, this is NOT school or something you “have to” do. This is a worksheet that you must complete out of inspiration, not obligation. One last thing - there are NO “wrong” or “bad” answers. The goal with this worksheet is NOT to use your responses as ammunition to judge or beat yourself up with!  That said, be as honest and open with yourself as possible. And have some fun! Remember, questions lead to better thoughts. Better thoughts lead to better actions. Better actions lead to better results. Which (you guessed it) leads to even BETTER thoughts. The cycle now has positive momentum and you are merging into that 2.0 version of YOU.  So here are the 11 BEST questions for creating the 2.0 version of you.  Do NOT write these off as just over-hyped questions on a doc. If used these questions literally hold the power to change your life.  At least, they did for me.  Refusing to settle 1. How has being “realistic” or “responsible” kept me from the life I want?  2. How can I do my 5-year plan in 5-months?  3. Imagine three people who know everything about you (i.e. parent, friend, partner, sibling, co-worker, etc) sitting in a room together. They are given 2 hours to come to a unanimous decision on your top 3 strengths and top 3 weaknesses. What do they come up with?  4. If I had all the time and all the money in the world, what would I do?  5. How do I get paid to do what I love?  6. What have been the 3 most defining moments of my life?  7. What past events do you worry about, overthink, or replay in your mind all the time? How do these core stories from your past influence your current self?  8. What has been my greatest lesson learned from “failure”?  9. Design the 2.0 You. Design this like a character in a movie, book, video game, etc. What does their life look like? What kind of traits does this character have? Add as much detail as possible.   10. What are the next best steps to closing the gap between the 1.0 me and the 2.0 me (i.e. get a coach, start a habit, commit to getting help, etc)?  11.  What stood out to you most about this workshop?     How to break a habit?

    The self-help gurus are saying we need 21 days or 30 days to form up a new habit. And that is wrong. There exist no magic number of repetition of a new habit or how long we need to build up a new habit. The University of London published that we need between 18 and 254 days or in average 76 days to change or form a habit. It is much easier to change a habit than to break a habit.  We should understand the process between to form a new habit and to get rid of an old habit.  It is easier to start doing something new than to stop doing something without any replacement.  For instance, if we want to stop smoking. We should replace the smoking with something better.  We are addicted to that nicotine and to that ritual of smoking.  Eating sweets to replace the smoking is easier than to remove the smoking without any replacement. And eating sweets is even worse than smoking.  How to change a Habit? We ask ourselves: 1.) Why do we have that bad habit? 2.) What is the worst outcome of our bad habit? 3.) What we desire when we overcome our bad habit? 4.) How we replace our bad habit with a new or better habit? 5.) How we reward us when we break our habit? For example Smoking 1.) Calms down. Socialized with smokers. 2.)Promotes cancer, heart and brain attack. Promotes cancer in people who are with us. Kissing of a smoker is disgusting is like kissing an ashtray. Body and cloth smell terrible. Yellow fingers. Wasting our money. Addiction. Blocks our body energy. Worsen our performance in sport. 3.) To be healthy. To live longer. Not to harm other people with smoking. To be a better lover, because we don’t smell so. To save the money of smoking for a great exciting vacation. To feel better. To become great in sport, when doing exercise.  4.) To breath deep in and out when we are getting scared, impatience, angry, frustrated or have the desire to smoke. To accept and love all of our feelings. To learn to relax. To start meditation. To replace our smoking friends. Smokers love that everybody smokes and so they like to tempt to smoke. They are really bad and disgusting people!!!! Get rid of them!!! Without changing our environment we can’t stop smoking! 5.) To make that vacation, that we deserve after a 1/2 year of nonsmoking.     Should we live a quiet life or a life full of challenges?

    If we are growing old we dislike more and more any challenge… And for the Hindu Religion is that we change from Raja to Tamas. We change from activity, passion, to laziness, to be deluded…  And this is even true when we are young and desire to live a calm and peaceful life…. Because we don’t like challenges. For the Hindu Religion is the goal to be in Satva or in a state of harmony, balance, joy, and intelligence. Without facing our worldly desires we never can reach that state of Satva.  Even we meditate like crazy still our worldly desires bring us to fall, like all the well-known Gurus with their Sex scandals. Through meditation, we can reach temporary the state of Satva, and afterward, we still have our worldly desires.  After the Hindu teaching there exists nobody on this planet who doesn’t have all 3 Gunas,- Tamas, Raja, and Satva.  We can see every challenge/conflict as a step forward to peace and more balance.Because we can use the conflicts and challenges to purify ourselves from our worldliness.  If we have contact with God we deepen in our worst times our relationship with God and even find great spirituality much easier than in peaceful times.     What food prevents and heals cancer?

    After much research: Cancer lovesAcid food,- this means meat, fish, cocked food… No OxygenSugar 1. Cancer and other diseases need an acid environment from PH5.5… And that comes true for all meat/fish eaters! Their PH level is below Ph 5.5An acid environment promotes yeast and all fungus.So, the more acidic your body is, the easier it becomes for cancer to grow and spread.A healthy body typically has a PH level of around 7.4 which is slightly alkaline. Just make a test by yourself and check your urine with Litmus paper… We need to alkalize the body. Eat alkaline food like fresh unprocessed, uncooked fruits and vegetables…This means a plant-based diet without processed food like vegetable oil, sugar, trans fat, and meat prevents and can heal cancer. Eat only unprocessed, gluten-free, whole grains, like brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and millet at least 90 grams daily. Tumors are harmless until they get a blood supply.That is called Tumor angiogenesis…And when they hijack the angiogenesis system they get from the blood oxygen and nutrients. From a 2mm size, they can grow within 2 weeks 16000 times. Food that is anti-androgenic cuts the blood supply from the cancer- or tumor cells and starves so the cancer. 1. Green tea because it contains catechins and that is anti-androgenic.And even it: Lower inflammationBoost immune system Don’t prepare green tea with boiling water, first, it doesn’t taste delicious, and second, you destroy the catechins!How to make healthy green tea? Put hot water 70-80 Celsius over loose tea leaves and let it cool down and then it produces the catechins or EGCG and only then can it be beneficial. When using teabags, shake them in the hot water.  Consistent daily consumption of matcha or green tea can help maintain high levels of catechins in your body. Drink only 2-3 cups of green tea or matcha daily, because you would take in too much caffeine.  The most catechins from the green tea you gain, when you let the green tea leaves soak 30 minutes in 80Celsius hot water. 2. Kale Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts,All kinds of Kale Because inside is sulforaphane they boost immune systemLower inflammation Are anti-Androgenic   Broccoli sprouts have the most sulforaphane and 100 times more sulforaphane than Broccoli.The broccoli stem 2 times more than the top. 3.     Why we can’t quit our bad habits?

    We all have bad habits and we still keep them. Even we know the bad consequences to keep our bad habits. The US Center for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that our bad habits like unhealthy lifestyle with smoking, drinking excessive alcohol…. cause 50% of the death in the USA!  For instance smoking 18% of total US deaths. Inactivity and bad eating: 16.6% of US deathsAlcohol consumption: 3.5% Why do we continuously keep our bad habits that destroy our health?  Why can’t we resist bad habits?  1.) To feel Comfort. We like to do whatever it takes to feel comfortable. Our brain is wired to reward us to feel comfortable when we have done something. Then our brain is giving us the feel-good hormone dopamine. Through our bad habit, we get that feel-good hormone dopamine.   2.) We want more. We want more of that feel-good hormone and then we associate the feel-good with our bad habit, like taking drugs, to eat sweets…  After some time we have wired our “feel-good” with that bad habit. 3.)  Social proof. The bad habit is wildly accepted. We see our friends also indulged in that bad habit so that we assume that we are okay. And we see many people have our bad habit, that validates that we are okay.  4.)  Bad consciousness. We have a bad consciousness by our bad habit and we can’t quit. We like to suffer and for that, we need our bad consciousness. And then we run in a vicious circuit that promotes our bad habit. 5.) To Rationalize. We find a reason why our bad habit will not harm us for a short time.  For instance: “Just one more won’t hurt” or “I’ll do better next week, I’ve just had a stressful day today”. These short time justifications keep our bad habit. We find reasons, why our bad habit will not harm us in the long term. Like, “Mike Jagger (Rolling Stones) is still a great star, so his drugs didn’t harm him.  6.)  To give up. We know the consequences of our bad habits, like smoking. Still, we keep our bad habit. We think we can’t stop our bad habit and even say, we can quit our bad habit. We have closed our heart to find a solution. And we have no problem to discuss every solution, how to break our bad habit. - It doesn’t bother us anymore.     How to communicate as a leader?

    Or how to inspire your team? 1.) How to start? The room should be comfortable and well temperated. We make sure that the auditorium is well prepared for the meeting. We start with an invitation or a question to engage the people.  2.) Repeat your message again and again from different perspectives so that it will be understood. 3.) Be well prepared but don’t stick to your script. Look after the needs of the auditorium and change your speech accordingly. 4.) Instead of making assumptions, what the people think and need… Ask … If we learn to listen instead to assume that we know everything we are in a much better place.  5.) Instead to be perfect be human and admit your mistakes. We build up trust much easier if we show how vulnerable we are and when we admit that we have done it wrong.  6.) America first? That Idea that everybody must do what you prefer will lead to isolation and to an unmotivated team. Instead, we look for the needs of the others so that they like to serve us. Give first and then you receive! 7.) If we only email our desires we never can build up good relationships. So we have to use all kind of Media to communicate and for sure personally works at best.   8.) If we have a vision we should communicate our vision with passion and make this standout. Boring speeches can never motivate the people.  9.) Speak so that everybody will understand you. Use a simple language and omit abbreviations or jargon that not everybody can understand.     Stop chasing women

    Theses chasing and pursuing of women comes from neediness, that we are a needy boy and that doesn’t feel so good….  Women love a man who is: 1.) Confident,2.) Vulnerable,3.) Who has the courage to step up and go in front of them? The females dislike a needy man. A woman dislikes when a man is staring at her and is not acting.  In our society, the men have learned to chase and to pursue their goals. And this never works out.  If we enjoy our work we become much more successful than to chase our success. If we are under success pressure we fail much more than to be relaxed. Because our fears to fail, will attract to fail. And we lose our creativity when we are under tension. Imagine you want to seduce a girl and you are under tension. Do you think that you can entertain the girl so well? You are rather a greedy beast who wants sex like a rapist and the women hate that.  Also, I have tried out to chase women, even as an introvert.  And the results had been so devastating that I stopped early in my manhood to chase any woman. What I have found out: so more I run after women so faster the women run away.  At first, I tried out to become independent happy, to be content with my self and the girls were contacting me. I started with self-experience groups, tantra, and bioenergetic groups and made every day my meditation. And through that, I became vulnerable, sensitive and content with my self. And the women loved that. I became one of their favorites. And within one year, I became attractive for the women and before I had no chance.  Every man can do so.  Then I tried the strategy, just to be relaxed and look in the eyes of an attractive girl. When she was looking back I smiled and went in front of her. I, as a stutterer, was afraid to speak with that girl.
