This week's ADHD Women's Wellbeing Toolkit episode dives into the complexities of ADHD. PLUS, we introduce a new feature, "Ask the Psych," featuring Dr. Asad Raffi, a consultant psychiatrist with 24 years of experience and personal insights on ADHD. Over the next few episodes, Dr Raffi will share his extensive knowledge and personal insights to help you navigate your ADHD challenges.
