More useful content than ads

I really like that this podcast has more useful content than ads. I stopped listening to the bigger pockets because it became impossible to filter ads from the show. This show is much better than bigger pockets. Thank you so much!

Duplication

A lot of of episodes aren repeated. It looks like there’s a lot episodes but when I startled listening to them I got disappointed because I already heard them before and worst of all a couple of times. They should have somebody to delete the repeated one.
