My husband and I have been landlords since '78. We do all the management, repairs, cleanup, etc. of our units which are primarily single family homes and one condo. We've always been diligent in keeping abreast of the laws. And also, we're always fair and reasonable with everyone. So, therefore, we've rented to every type of tenant you can imagine. I love Rentprep for the advice and discussions which always seem to be based on our philosophy. FAIR and REASONABLE. And common sense. Good communication with your tenants. Don't be greedy. Thank you so much for all you do for the Landlords community, which in the long run helps good tenants as well.

I've owned property for 20 years now as a self-managing investor/landlord, and have learned quite a bit over those 2 decades, but Steve and Eric at RentPrep.com have helped me in several areas in just the past few years since I came across them. From learning of the new changes in the housing laws to polishing up on the ways I managed my units. These guys are personable, fun to listen to and genuinely care about their listeners and customers. They are always willing to help out fellow RE investors and landlords. They bring a wealth of knowledge and resources to their podcasts/website to share with their listeners and customers.
