I’m your host! Liz Bagwell - a published scientist & researcher, former healthcare executive, wife, and mom of three littles, who burned out at the top and found my purpose at rock bottom - helping others unbind from trauma, burnout, depression, anxiety and the hustle culture lifestyle to gain true peace and freedom that only comes with leaning into God's design for your mind, body, heart, and soul! Romans 12:2: Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
What I’ve been looking for!

I’ve been looking into brain rewiring but either it’s not Christian based, or the Christian program costs $4k. I could also never pin down how I would start the process on my own. Liz’s podcast has been everything I’m looking for! I’ve been doing the prompts for 10 days and it’s been a blessing. I look forward to my new daily practice and I’m excited to see how it helps.

Perfect timing!

I was beginning to feel the heaviness and bleakness of the short, cold days in October already. It’s been my pattern, but this year, it hit me earlier than usual. Being raised in a Christian home, I had some pieces of what Liz teaches. I’d fight my winter blues by pulling out my journal, and I’d write one Bible verse and one thing I’m thankful for every day. This would help me, but I still felt like I was slugging through. When I stumbled across this podcast in late October, and when I heard Liz carefully explained the science to something I’d been taught to do my whole life, I could tell right away that I’d stumbled on something life changing. This practice broke off the heaviness immediately. The shift in perspective has been more gradual and subtle, but I can tell it’s happening. About a week ago, I started doing an abbreviated version of this with my kids at bedtime, and it’s been such a sweet time. Thank you, Liz, for your heart! I am so grateful for you!
