Highly recommend

Dr. Henman helped open my eyes and as a result I’ve raised the standard for my life. I’ve never been happier. I didn’t know this feeling existed and I am forever grateful.

Building your inner coach

These podcasts allow complex notions to be experienced personally rather than intellecTually. Each time I experience one of Dr. Henman’s podcasts I gain a little more. Very helpful.
