I listen to A LOT of podcasts! And this one has become my absolute favorite! Rob tells it like it is while making it enjoyable to learn. The content is infectious and makes me want to hit the gym immediately! Or kitchen sometimes! LOL! I hired Rob on as a result of this podcast and highly recommend his programs to anyone looking to build their version of an extreme physic! Awesome stuff Rob!!!

There’s only so much you could talk about a diet. There’s only so much I can hear the same thing over and over. Sounds like a zen philosopher explaining how everything turns to nothing because nothing is everything. Some diets are wrong some are right. Etc etc keep the diet that’s good for you but the influencers just take your money. Train with this guy and he will tell you the way according to your genetic profile.

Rob Goodwin is full of knowledge and is blunt about what it takes! This is much better than the dumb cookie cutter programs that promise results with minimal effort. It takes consistent discipline and hard work for opening the door of your maximum potential! This is what Rob preaches and and I am a fan!

Keto + lifting and building the best body I can? Yes, please. This podcast is a wealth of knowledge and I’ve taken notes so I can put the info into action for myself. It helps Rob’s voice is nice to listen to also.
